Live cooking demonstration and lecture given by chef Lelani Lewis, taking place on Sunday 18th June at Meterhuis in Westerpark. Lelani will cook some samples from her debut cookbook Code Noir. Come and taste some samples and hear about the provenance of ingredients that make up Caribbean cuisine.
